Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Skyjila (the website, progressive web app, and Android application on Google Play — together, the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Skyjila, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App. See also the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Who may use Skyjila

You may use the App if you can form a binding contract where you live. If you use Skyjila on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may use Skyjila only with permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. The service

Skyjila provides on-device utilities such as data formatters, diagram builders, design helpers, and similar tools. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Unless we say otherwise in writing, Skyjila is provided as a free consumer productivity App. The site may display advertising (including Google AdSense) to support free access.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Skyjila on devices you own or control for lawful personal or internal business productivity purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App except as allowed by applicable law
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law
• Remove proprietary notices
• Use the App to build a competing service by systematically scraping or cloning Skyjila content or branding
• Circumvent security or usage limits

4. Google Play

If you obtained Skyjila from Google Play, Google’s terms also apply. Billing, refunds, and install management for Play purchases follow Google Play policies.

5. Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of content you enter, paste, open, or generate in Skyjila (“Your Content”). You are responsible for Your Content and for any consequences of exporting, sharing, or publishing it.

You agree not to use Skyjila to:

• Violate law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or process malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Harass, exploit, or harm others, including minors
• Misrepresent the App’s output as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice

Skyjila tools may produce incorrect results. Always verify critical work independently.

6. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe on-device storage, third-party services, advertising, and cookies. By using the App you acknowledge those policies.

7. Intellectual property

Skyjila, including its name, branding, layout, and original software, is owned by the Skyjila developer or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party libraries, fonts, icons, and ads remain subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be secure, accurate, complete, or free of defects. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SKYJILA DEVELOPER AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $25 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify the Skyjila developer against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or your misuse of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Skyjila at any time. We may suspend or stop offering the App or specific tools at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity) survive termination.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the App after updated Terms take effect, you accept the changes.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Skyjila developer as identified on the Google Play listing, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

14. General

• If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• These Terms are the entire agreement about the App, along with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and any Google Play terms that apply to distribution.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
