This Privacy Policy explains how Skyjila (“Skyjila”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Skyjila website, progressive web app, or Android application distributed on Google Play (together, the “App”).

This policy supports Google Play User Data / Data safety expectations and advertising transparency for Google AdSense. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

Skyjila is a client-side toolbox for formatting data, drawing diagrams, building wireframes, and similar productivity tasks. The App is operated by the Skyjila developer listed on the Google Play store listing for Skyjila.

2. Summary

• Skyjila does not require an account and does not sell your tool content.
• Tool work (JSON, diagrams, text, and similar content) is processed on your device.
• We do not operate a Skyjila backend that receives your tool content.
• Drafts and preferences may be stored in on-device storage (for example localStorage).
• Loading fonts, icons, hosting, or ads may expose standard network data (such as IP address) to those providers.
• The site may use Google AdSense and related cookies for advertising, subject to your cookie choices.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

You may type, paste, open, or generate content inside tools. That content stays on your device unless you copy it, save/export a file, share it, or email it to us for support.

If you contact us, we receive the details you send (such as email address and message content).

3.2 Information stored on your device

Depending on the tool and your browser or WebView settings, Skyjila may store:

• Recent tools you opened
• Drafts or last-used tool state
• UI preferences
• Cookie / consent preferences

3.3 Information we do not collect for accounts

Skyjila does not intentionally collect account identity data such as:

• Name, email, or phone number for a Skyjila login
• Precise location
• Payment card numbers for Skyjila accounts
• Contacts, photos, or files except when you choose Open/Save/Export
• Health, biometric, or other sensitive personal categories for tool accounts

3.4 Automatically collected technical data

When pages, stylesheets, fonts, icons, or ads load from the internet, providers may process IP address, user-agent, requested URL, and similar request metadata.

4. Advertising and cookies

Skyjila may display Google AdSense ads on the home page and on tool pages that include publisher guides, after you choose cookie preferences. We do not load Google-served ads on About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer, or Cookie Policy pages.

Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to:

• Serve and measure ads
• Limit how often you see an ad
• Deliver personalized or non-personalized ads based on your consent choices

5. How we use information

On-device data is used to:

• Provide and restore tool sessions

Support emails are used only to respond and meet legal obligations. We do not sell tool content to data brokers.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information when:

• You choose to export, copy, share, or upload content yourself
• Disclosure is required by law or to protect legal rights
• A service provider processes technical request data while delivering the App, assets, or ads (for example hosting, CDN, or Google AdSense)

7. Third-party services

The App may use:

• Self-hosted fonts and icon fonts served from this site
• Google AdSense for advertising
• Hosting providers that deliver the site

Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.

8. Permissions (Android)

Depending on packaging and OS version, the App may use:

• Network access to load the App and public assets
• Storage or file access when you open or save/export a file
• Clipboard access when you use Paste or Copy

Skyjila does not need contacts, microphone, camera, or precise location for core tools.

9. Children’s privacy

Skyjila is a general-audience productivity toolbox. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for accounts. Parents can clear on-device data or uninstall Skyjila at any time.

10. Data retention and deletion

• On-device drafts: until you clear storage, overwrite them, or uninstall
• Exported files: wherever you saved them; Skyjila does not keep a server copy
• Support emails: only as long as needed to respond and meet legal duties
• Consent choice: until you clear site data or change preferences

11. Security

We design Skyjila so tool content can stay on your device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Protect your device, backups, and exported files.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location (including GDPR/CCPA where applicable), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction for personal data we hold (for example support emails). Contact support@skyjila.com.

• Clear local storage or uninstall to remove drafts
• Use the cookie banner to change ad personalization preferences

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
